Features/Benefits:
- Sulfo-LC-SPDP releases a detectable byproduct after reacting with free sulfhydryl groups; by measuring the release of pyridine-2-thione at 343 nm, the reaction can be easily followed
- Reactive groups: pyridyldithio and Sulfo-NHS ester
- Reactive toward: sulfhydryl and amino groups
